    If payment was made by credit card at the time of the order, changes cannot be made. However, if you selected the bank transfer / agency option as your payment method and wish to make changes before payment, you can contact our customer representatives for assistance.

    Minimum order amount is 1000 USD. You can reach this minimum by purchasing from different suppliers.

    Your order will be automatically updated. The missing items and the corresponding shipping fee will be deducted from your order amount before processing.

    Since our site only offers wholesale sales, it is not possible to shop without becoming a member.

    At BtoBTurk, we provide our customers with the highest quality fashion products through a seamless and straightforward wholesale purchasing experience. To ensure that the items we send to our customers are in the best condition and free of manufacturing defects, we carefully inspect each item in your order for damages and flaws during the picking and packing process. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. For damaged items, you can create a ticket and get support from our customer representatives. You must notify us within 5 business days for any items you wish to return.

    All stages after you have created your order are managed by BtoBTurk. The post-order process steps are outlined below: 1. Your order is automatically entered into the suppliers' system. Each supplier sends their products to our warehouse in Istanbul within 3 business days. 3. Our product inspection team in the warehouse carefully checks each product for damages and flaws. After inspection, they consolidate all products from different suppliers into a single package, ready for shipment. 4. Depending on the shipping method you have selected, the products are dispatched to be delivered to you, our valued customers. As we value our customers' satisfaction, all orders are delivered to you as quickly as possible.

    Since the items in your cart are not reserved until payment is made and the order is placed, they may still appear as available in stock to other customers. Therefore, there is a possibility that the stock may run out before you complete your order.

    Products

    Our suppliers always strive to sell current and trendy products. They frequently update their product offerings to provide you with a wider range of products.

    All our photos belong to our suppliers and can only be used on our site in accordance with the agreements with our suppliers. To avoid any infringement issues, the use of our photos elsewhere is prohibited.

    All of our products are entirely Turkish-designed and manufactured in Turkiye.

    Customizing packages is not yet possible. The contents are determined by the wholesalers and cannot be changed at the moment.

    Delivery

    BtoBTurk is a website that only provides export services. It is possible to send your shipments by sea, land and air. In countries where we have our own warehouses and the warehouses of our solution partners, logistics service is provided by BtoBTurk by executing end-to-end warehouse delivery. The fee for the logistics service we provide is shown at the order stage. In addition, for the countries where we cannot yet provide warehouse service, our logistics team will research the most suitable logistics cost for you and offer it as an option. For the logistics service you have chosen, the products will be sent against payment. Our warehouse delivery service is currently provided for Morocco. Our work for other countries is ongoing and we will offer it to your service in the near future.

    Logistics service is calculated based on weight and volume. Country-based taxes vary. You can see the logistics amount when you add a product to your cart.

    You should create a ticket through the panel. The subject content will be examined by our customer service department and they will back to you.

    You can see all transactions up to date on your order screen.

    After the order is placed, our wholesalers send their products to our warehouse within 3 business days. We start the shipment of the products we collect in our warehouse within the following 2 business days.

    Delivery time may vary depending on the country and shipping method chosen. You can track the progress of your order's procurement steps under the "My Orders" section after placing your order.

    Registration

    You can register to BtoBTurk quickly and free of charge without the obligation to purchase a product. Our customer representatives will call you within 24 hours and complete the registration process. In countries where we provide warehouse services and/or have an office, we provide services in the local language, for other countries we provide services in English.

    Yes, it is possible. We serve all countries of the world.

    We value the privacy and confidentiality of our customers. Your information will never be shared with other companies unless you authorize access.

    Yes, our marketplace's payment system has been secured and vetted by the Turkish bank regulatory authority. Also, all transactions are based on HTTPS and TLS protocols. Thanks to 3D Secure authentication, online payments need to be confirmed via SMS codes sent to your mobile phone or a code sent to your banking app. Furthermore, no banking data is collected or stored locally.

    Since we only provide overseas service, there is no payment option at the door.
