Our journey began in 1996 in Kartal, Istanbul, with a modest 50 m² store. Today, with 27 years of retail experience, we continue to grow confidently as a leading brand in the mother, baby, and children’s retail sector.

We now serve our customers through more than 100 stores across over 50 cities in Turkey, supported by 3,000+ employees, 2.7 million customers, and a social media community of 5 million. Alongside our domestic growth, we work with international franchise partners and aim to expand our presence further across the Middle East and Balkan markets.

As a brand that thoughtfully designs products for mothers and children aged 0–14, we offer a wide product range that combines high quality, comfort, and trend-driven design. Our customer-centric approach ensures that we never compromise on the quality of our products or the services we provide.

Collaborating closely with our own production facilities and over 400 trusted suppliers, we take pride in delivering the latest trends to our customers. Our expanding brand portfolio includes Civil Baby, Civil Girls, Civil Boys, Civil Socks, Civil Toys, Civil Class, Civil Sports, and Civil Boots, as well as Kujju, Baby Enzo, and Baby Force in the baby care and equipment categories.

Through our e-commerce platform, mobile application, wholesale operations, and extensive retail network, we continue to connect with millions of families across Turkey and around the world.
